Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account? In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your Pure Endurance account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that your account information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.

Will my order go out UPS Ground or Priority Mail UPS Ground will be used if package weight is more than 2lbs. We will email you a tracking number for the shipped package the day the order is sent. You can choose your package directly on our site. USPS Priority Mail will be used if package weight is less than 2lbs. All packages shipped through Priority Mail do have delivery confirmations. There are some tracking capabilities but the sole purpose for a delivery confirmation is to let us know the date and time you get your package. Do you offer Free Shipping to Military addesses? Pureendurance.net has to ship all military orders through the United States Postal Service. We ship all orders over 2lbs for Free Shipping through UPS and are unable to do this with Military AE's & AA's (i.e. APO, AE / FPO, AE / APO, AA). Do you except returns? Pure endurance excepts returns for all unopened products within 15 days from the purchase date. Pure Endurance will refund 100% of money with in the 15 day policy. Pure Endurance does not reimburse shipping cost for the returned product. If product is returned within the 15 day time period Pure Endurance has the right to charge customer a 25% restocking fee.
