Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Are credit card transactions on pureendurance.net safe?
Absolutely! In fact, it is statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Pure Endurance servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL's browser, so that only pureendruance.net can read a customer's personal information.

Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your Pure Endurance account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that your account information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.

Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site?
Because of some unforeseen increased demand, Pure Endurance may sell out of any product at any time. Pure Endurance will do everything within our power to always have product in our warehouse.

Does Pureendurance.net charge sales tax?
State laws require that internet retailers collect sales tax in states where the company has its base operation. Pureendurance.net headquarters are in Queen Creek,AZ. Subsequently we are required to charge applicable taxes in Arizona.

Will my order go out UPS Ground or Priority Mail
UPS Ground will be used if package weight is more than 2lbs. We will email you a tracking number for the shipped package the day the order is sent. You can choose your package directly on our site. USPS Priority Mail will be used if package weight is less than 2lbs. All packages shipped through Priority Mail do have delivery confirmations. There are some tracking capabilities but the sole purpose for a delivery confirmation is to let us know the date and time you get your package. USPS Priority Mail will be used for all Military APO addresses. If you have a special request please contact us so we can accomodate your needs.

Do your ship to Military APO's addresses?
Yes, Pureendurance.net ships via USPS Priority Mail to the following locations; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and all Military AE's, AA's and AP's. Prices for shipping to these locations will be adjusted based on weight and destination. We can not offer Free Shipping to these locations.

Do you offer Free Shipping to Military addesses?
Pureendurance.net has to ship all military orders through the United States Postal Service. We ship all orders over 2lbs for Free Shipping through UPS and are unable to do this with Military AE's & AA's (i.e. APO, AE / FPO, AE / APO, AA). Therefore we can not offer free shipping to military addresses.

Do you except returns?
Pure endurance excepts returns for all unopened products within 15 days from the purchase date. Pure Endurance will refund 100% of money with in the 15 day policy. Pure Endurance does not reimburse shipping cost for the returned product. If product is returned within the 15 day time period Pure Endurance has the right to charge customer a 25% restocking fee.
